1. This price-list is an export price list. It excludes VAT.

2. Payment forms: the first order will be made through bank transfer against the Proforma invoice. For later operations you can request credit facilities to our international department. Payment will be asked after 30 days from the invoicing.

3. Delivery time for orders will depend on the elected products, as well as on the ordered quantities and destinations. An average of 15 days is needed to manufacture specials orders.

4. Prices are all Ex-Works Factory: (Ripollet, Barcelona, Spain).

5. If any item needs to be returned, we request you to contact our Customer Care department within 30 days following the date of reception, indicating the delivery note number, affected material, and reason for the possible return.

6. We will not accept any returns that have not been communicated previously to our Customer Care department. As well for those that come from a Transport Company not authorized by us.

7. On the accepted goods return, we will issue a credit note for the 80 % of the value of the invoice.

8. Regarding special manufacturing orders, returns will not be accepted under any concept, this is why we request to verify with maximum precaution the characteristics of the orders.

9. Any incidence that takes place during the transport will have to be communicated in the moment of the reception to the forwarder, using the delivery note, in case that the damages are visible. If the damages can not be seen, you have 24 hours to verify the state of the goods and notify the possible anomalies. If this period exceeds, the above mentioned terms will not be accepted (according to CMR).
